Lakeridge Health Strategic Plan 2024-2028

The Strategic Plan was developed via a consultative process that incorporated a broad range of Lakeridge Health Foundation community members and opinions. The consultation findings were complemented by research on trends in the philanthropic sector nationally, trends in health care philanthropy, and demographic changes within Durham Region.

Supporting the significant funding priorities on the horizon will require bold thinking, an entrepreneurial Foundation staff team, and influential, passionate volunteer leaders that reflect the communities served by Lakeridge Health. This plan, with a new Statement of Purpose and four Strategic Goals, will be our polestar for the exciting years ahead.
